Lanphere Construction and Development has an immediate need for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator reports to the President. The Office Administrator ensures that customers receive courteous and prompt service both in person and over the phone. A successful candidate will be self motivated, organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask while working in a fast paced environment. In this position you will:
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
Greet clients, business associates, vendors, etc. professionally and courteously.
Maintain schedules for conference rooms
Coordinate the receipt of incoming documents and packages.
Make arrangements for shipping services and deliveries as requested.
Successfully complete all assigned correspondence in a timely manner.
Maintain neat and orderly organization in the reception waiting area.
Daily use of MS Office Programs.
Provide administrative support for several departments as requested.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
  • Excellent phone skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Two years of recent experience required
  • Must be insurable through our carrier
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Committed to teamwork and providing "World Class" customer service
  • Strong work ethic and good people skills
  • Able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Eligible to work in United States
