JOB DESCRIPTION


Beaverton INFINITI, part of Lanphere Enterprises Family of Automotive Dealerships has an immediate need for an energetic, customer service oriented candidate with a "winning" mentality to join our Business Development Team. You will have "best in the business" training and the support of our successful team to help you grow rapidly and achieve our high standards. Our ideal candidate must have a great phone voice, strong work ethic, be a team player and be driven to provide "World Class" customer service.

If you have a background in customer service, sales, call centers or high-volume phone call experience, we would like to talk with you. Qualified candidates will pass a background check and drug screen and have a valid drivers license in good standing.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Helps educate/train new staff members
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Confirms pending appointments and follows up with prospects/customers and missed appointments
  • Determines customer vehicle needs by listening and asking questions
QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, a call center, or with high-volume phone calls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and others
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Eligible to work in United States
