Your job will be to guide them to their dream car using our simplified sales process involving only one person and a market-based pricing model. That means no negotiating by you or the customer...the best price is posted in the window of every car. Our customers also get to engage with one fantastic Brand Ambassador the entire time, rather than several different people, which means a more productive and positive experience for all. This "One Person, One Price" experience reduces the stress and high-pressure traditionally associated with car buying, making it more enjoyable and rewarding.

  • Help customers with make/model selections and promote model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
  • Manage all required customer and appointment data in dealership computer system
  • Negotiate sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
  • Receive incoming sales queries (either phone or internet)
  • Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Ensure required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Follow all safety and security procedures
  • Help educate/train new staff members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
